Role Description The Senior Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing and strengthening relationships with bank partners and key customers to drive business growth and enhance service quality. The Senior Relationship Officer will identify sales opportunities, promote life insurance products, and support customers through the end-to-end sales and service journey. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with branch staff, conducting product presentations, handling customer queries, ensuring documentation accuracy, and following up on renewals and policy servicing. The role also includes monitoring performance against targets, providing regular reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, including stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including understanding of insurance products and basic financial concepts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including empathy, problem-solving, and responsiveness to customer needs.
Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including target achievement, lead conversion, and cross-selling or up-selling experience.
Relevant experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably in a relationship or sales-focused role.
Ability to work on-site in a branch environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; advanced certifications in insurance or sales will be an added benefit.
