Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Accountant role based in Amloh. The Assistant Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The Assistant Accountant will help manage invoices, expense records, and documentation for audits and compliance. Collaboration with the senior accountant, finance team, and operational staff is required to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and exposure to accounting or ERP software.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with finance and operations teams.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience or internship in an accounting or finance role within manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Amloh and maintain professional integrity and confidentiality with financial information.
