GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a ground-floor GTM role at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup, working directly with the founders to build and scale a go-to-market playbook from scratch. You'll bridge engineering and revenue, owning the full outbound pipeline while using AI-powered tooling to move fast and sell to a deeply technical audience of ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end outbound pipeline, covering targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
- Build and maintain GTM workflows including outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom internal tooling.
- Use AI tools aggressively to multiply output through automated scrapers, workflow automation, and bespoke tools.
- Develop and iterate on messaging that resonates with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
- Quickly learn prospect businesses to understand their pain points and workflows.
- Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage.
- Collaborate with founders to refine and evolve the GTM playbook as the company scales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with a measurable track record of building GTM motions and closing deals.
- Strong technical foundation from a CS or engineering background, or extensive hands-on coding and technical project experience.
- Demonstrated ability to hold technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
- Deep familiarity with GTM tooling and experience building outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, or custom automation.
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products to technical buyers.
- Proven use of AI tools to enhance and scale GTM output.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment and comfort operating independently.
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning concepts including environments, evals, and benchmarks is a strong plus.
- Creative, high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in Singapore. Candidates must be willing to work from the Singapore office.
