Member of Commercial Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a commercial role on a small, fast-moving team building software for industrial battery storage in the European energy market. You will own the full customer relationship, from first onboarding through long-term satisfaction, and play a central part in growing the company's customer base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage relationships with new customers, serving as their primary commercial point of contact.
- Develop deep knowledge of the product, the energy market landscape, and the specific needs of each customer.
- Own and continuously improve the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in a business, commercial, or customer-facing role.
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency (both are required for day-to-day work).
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to own a customer book independently.
- Ability to build product, market, and customer insights and translate them into action.
- First experience with or genuine interest in energy markets, renewables, or related regulatory developments.
- Comfortable in a small-team environment where you shape processes rather than follow established ones.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
