Growth Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact, early-stage position on the go-to-market team of a fast-growing fintech company building identity and compliance infrastructure for businesses. You will work directly on customer acquisition and pipeline generation, owning outbound experiments and AI-driven engagement motions across multiple channels. The role is broad by design, giving you real commercial ownership from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute outbound experiments by researching prospects, crafting personalized outreach, and iterating based on measurable results.
- Build AI-driven engagement motions using tooling to identify signals and automate personalization at scale.
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team through outbound, inbound, and network-based channels.
- Plan and run demand generation events and activities across Europe to build brand awareness and pipeline.
- Flex into sales support, operations, or partnership development as business needs evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, sales, or a related go-to-market role, with hands-on outbound or pipeline generation work.
- Demonstrated ability to design, run, and analyze outbound experiments or A/B tests with clear success metrics and iteration cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, email automation tools, prospecting software, and AI-driven outreach workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized messaging.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and adapting quickly to shifting priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Available to work in an EU-compatible timezone.
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a plus.
- Experience coordinating events across multiple geographies is a plus.
LOCATION
On-site in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
