A fast-scaling talent-tech startup in the AI & Future-of-Work sector, we’re building next-gen recruiting infrastructure to identify, assess, and place top-tier AI/LLM talent globally. We’re not just filling roles—we’re mapping talent to the most impactful AI initiatives in startups, scale-ups, and enterprise labs across India and beyond.
Role & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage AI/LLM engineers, researchers, and product leads across LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, and niche AI forums.
Build candidate pipelines for GenAI, LLM, NLP, and ML roles using technical screening frameworks (coding, architecture, and research evaluation).
Partner with hiring managers to translate ambiguous job requirements into precise, keyword-optimized job briefs.
Run technical assessments, reference checks, and salary benchmarking for AI roles with market-rate accuracy.
Own candidate experience from first touch to offer close—build trust, set expectations, and reduce drop-offs.
Track and report on funnel metrics (source-to-hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance) to continuously optimize recruitment strategy.
