Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Architect

We're looking for a senior Microsoft infrastructure engineer to own and drive our Windows, Exchange, and identity environments. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a large global enterprise with the potential for long-term career growth.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Microsoft technologies across a large global enterprise. You'll serve as the go-to resource for complex Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 initiatives while helping modernize and automate critical infrastructure services. You'll also mentor and guide other engineers, helping establish technical standards, share best practices, and elevate the overall capabilities of the infrastructure team.
What we're looking for:
• 10+ years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong background with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Entra ID
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments
• Ability to lead complex infrastructure projects and serve as a senior escalation resource
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering standards and best practices
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, and modern authentication technologies
