Virtual Events and Webinar Producer

We are looking for a Virtual Events and Webinar Producer to lead the delivery of a high-volume B2B webinar program based in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented producer who can balance technical event execution, cross-functional coordination, and audience experience in a fast-moving software environment. The person in this role will guide webinars from initial planning through live delivery and post-event analysis while partnering closely with internal teams and presenters.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end production webinars ensuring each event is delivered on schedule and aligned with program goals.
• Partner with teams across marketing, creative, operations, localization, and campaign management to keep webinar deliverables organized and moving forward.
• Create, configure, and thoroughly test registration pages and digital event environments to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
• Maintain detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders throughout the production cycle.
• Run live webinar sessions by preparing speakers, conducting technical rehearsals, managing moderation tasks, and resolving real-time issues as they arise.
• Oversee audience engagement features during events, including interactive tools that support participation and improve the live experience.
• Complete follow-up activities after each webinar, including attendee communications, publishing on-demand content, and coordinating next-step actions.
• Measure program performance by tracking registration volume, attendance rates, and engagement results, then summarize findings for stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of experience producing webinars, virtual events, or related digital marketing programs.
• Practical experience working with webinar or virtual event platforms such as ON24, Cvent, or similar technology.
• Strong project management capability, including experience using planning or workflow tools such as Asana or comparable systems.
• Ability to interpret event performance data and translate metrics into clear, useful reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated success handling several concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or other marketing automation and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting live virtual presentations, including speaker guidance and troubleshooting, is an advantage.
