Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations of SKS Advisory, LLC. This role includes developing and managing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support growth and profitability. The CFO will prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain robust internal controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, guiding investment and resource allocation decisions, advising leadership on financial risks and opportunities, and collaborating with executive team members on strategic planning. The CFO will also play a key role in shaping pricing models, evaluating client engagements, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills to guide strategic decision-making and evaluate performance.
Experience in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to design and maintain internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with accounting standards.
Background in professional services, consulting, or healthcare-related organizations is highly beneficial.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and influence senior stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with financial software and tools; experience with cloud-based accounting platforms is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
