About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Market Research & Business Development Intern to support our market research and business development activities.
You will research potential companies and markets, identify relevant business contacts, understand how businesses operate and use technology, and help the team identify potential opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Research potential B2B companies and markets.
* Research companies, their products, operations, and business needs.
* Identify relevant decision-makers and business contacts.
* Research software and business systems used by prospective companies where information is publicly available.
* Prepare organized company and prospect profiles.
* Support email and LinkedIn outreach activities.
* Assist with presentations, reports, and business development materials.
* Maintain prospect and research information in spreadsheets or tracking tools.
* Track outreach, responses, and follow-ups.
* Support competitor and industry research.
* Help document and improve internal research and business development processes.
Qualifications
* Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and online research.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online research tools.
* Able to work independently in a remote environment.
* Organized, curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
* Interest in technology, software, business operations, or manufacturing is a plus.
* Previous experience in market research or business development is beneficial but not required.
