Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multiple position Teacher role based in Karnataka, India. The Teacher will design and deliver daily lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring that content is clear, engaging, and appropriate for learners’ levels. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback and support. The Teacher will conduct training sessions, remedial classes, and enrichment activities as needed, while fostering a respectful, inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school meetings and events, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices and learning resources.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in classroom instruction and student engagement.
Ability in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, goal-oriented learning experiences.
Effective Communication skills for explaining concepts clearly and interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
Ability to manage classrooms, adapt to diverse learning needs, and use basic educational technology and teaching aids.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and ongoing professional development.
