Role Description The Certified Dental Assistant will support dentists and clinical staff in delivering efficient and compassionate dental care to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, arranging instruments and materials, assisting during dental procedures, and providing chairside support to maintain patient comfort and safety. The role also involves taking and recording patient information, educating patients on oral care instructions, managing sterilization and infection control protocols, and maintaining clinical documentation and supplies. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Align Dentofacial Clinic in Noida, requiring consistent presence during clinic working hours and close collaboration with the dental team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Dental Care and Oral Care to support patient treatment and post-procedure guidance.
Candidates should possess skills in Dentistry and Dental Assisting to provide effective chairside support during procedures.
Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization to maintain strict infection control and equipment hygiene standards.
Relevant certification as a Dental Assistant from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and basic dental procedures.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Clear, professional communication skills and a patient-focused mindset.
