Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for Landmark’s Bengaluru office. This full-time, on-site role will involve managing HR policies and procedures, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The person in this role will handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Landmark’s values. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records and reports, collaborating with business leaders on HR strategies, and supporting compensation and benefits administration.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with local labor regulations.
Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or related systems, and data-driven HR reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proven capability in training coordination, employee development initiatives, and change management support.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in diversified or multi-business organizations.
