Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Engineer will support senior engineers in designing, testing, and validating products or components, as well as assisting with production line setup and optimization. Daily responsibilities may include preparing technical documentation, collecting and analyzing test data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and procurement to resolve engineering issues. The role involves participating in root-cause analysis for defects, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Junior Engineer is expected to follow established processes, comply with safety and quality standards, and proactively learn new tools and technologies relevant to the company’s products.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in engineering principles, with a degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
Basic proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools (e.g., CAD software, circuit design tools, or simulation software) and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with manufacturing or production processes, quality standards, and root-cause analysis methods, along with an understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to collect data, perform basic calculations, and present findings clearly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, along with the ability to follow instructions and document work accurately.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies and processes, and take initiative in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
Prior internship or project experience in power electronics, automotive components, or a related field is an advantage.
