Senior Creative Strategist - DTC Jewelry Brand

We are Bentior, a fast-growing women’s jewelry brand focused primarily on the US market.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to take the lead on our paid social creative, with focus on Meta.
We are looking for someone who understands both brand and performance. Someone who can shape how Bentior looks, sounds and feels across our ads, while always keeping performance in mind.
What you'll be doing
You’ll help decide what ads we make, why we make them, and how they should be executed.
Coming up with new ad concepts, hooks, angles and messaging
Developing creative strategy for Meta
Deeply researching our customers, competitors and what’s working in the market
Writing clear creative briefs for UGC creators, editors and designers
Helping shape the visual direction and voice of our ads
Reviewing creative and giving clear feedback before it goes live
Working closely with our media buyer to understand what’s performing and why
Taking winning ads and finding new ways to iterate and scale them
What we're looking for
Strong experience with DTC / e-commerce brands
A great eye for branding and visuals
Understanding of Meta ads and what makes creative perform
The ability to come up with fresh concepts, hooks and angles
Customer and market research skills
Experience writing creative briefs
Good copywriting instincts
The ability to use performance data to guide future creative
A strong understanding of the US consumer
Clear communication and attention to detail
Experience with jewelry, fashion, beauty, skincare or another visually driven consumer brand is a big plus.
This is a remote role, and we’re looking for someone who wants to have real ownership over the creative direction of a growing brand.
