Each batch goes through in-house quality testing to ensure consistent performance and reliability for customers.
Role Description The Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. In this role, the individual will represent Fashion i Paris at retail outlets, promotional events, and customer touchpoints, ensuring that the brand’s values and product benefits are clearly communicated. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, explaining product features, providing demonstrations, and answering questions to support purchasing decisions. The Brand Representative will also help drive brand awareness by maintaining visually appealing product displays, distributing marketing materials, and gathering customer feedback. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to report on field activities, share insights, and support campaigns is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage diverse customers professionally and respectfully.
Experience in brand ambassadorship and brand awareness activities, preferably within FMCG, personal care, or retail environments.
Clear, confident communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain product benefits simply and persuasively.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
Basic sales skills, comfort with meeting targets, and familiarity with in-store promotions or product demonstrations.
High level of reliability, personal presentation aligned with brand standards, and a customer-first mindset.
Prior experience in retail, field marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, business, or communications is an advantage.
