THE JOURNEY
Play a key role in general accounting and controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all ledgers.
Own balance sheet reconciliations (customers, vendors, related parties, banks, tax authorities, etc.).
Manage treasury forecasting, analyze variances, and process payments.
Handle billing and invoicing – ensuring both customer and partner accuracy.
Review, process, and control accounting documentation for completeness and correctness.
Partner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support.
Identify and drive process improvements to simplify, automate, or enhance workflows.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc AR/AP, inventory, and billing reports.
Communicate with HQ, regional, and local stakeholders, supporting implementation of new processes and initiatives.
Support month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation activities.
Cover other accounting and analytical procedures as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Corporate Finance, ideally in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS, and familiarity with statutory accounting and tax compliance.
Experience with ERP systems (Wand/Business Central is a plus!).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills – comfort with large datasets and reconciliations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent command of English and the local language.
Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
