Position: Salesforce Technical BA/Admin
Duration: 12 Months
Location:100% Remote
USC and GC only
Need a Salesforce Technical BA/Admin With Hands-on Experience In
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio
Building/configuring Marketing Cloud workflows and automations
User authorization, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access management
Ability to write/build Salesforce Flows
Ability to write/modify Apex Classes
Salesforce configuration, customization, objects, fields, validation rules
Requirements elicitation and business process analysis
Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and functional/technical requirements
Salesforce integrations/APIs and data mapping
UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support
Working closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and business stakeholders
Key requirement: Candidate should be hands-on technically-able to handle Salesforce Admin/configuration, Flows and Apex, while also performing BA responsibilities such as requirements elicitation and user-story writing, with Marketing Cloud experience.
