Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day operations for a fast-growing e-commerce SaaS startup, owning support team management, VA workflows, and operational systems. This role suits proactive operators who thrive in startup environments and want real ownership without needing step-by-step direction.
Salary: Top-of-market salary paid in USD

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the support team so leadership isn't pulled into day-to-day questions
Build deep product knowledge quickly to unblock support and operations independently
Manage the VA team and set up systems such as CRM workflows and email campaigns
Run growth and operations experiments: test new tools and platforms and ship them
Move work forward through ambiguity without needing a detailed daily checklist
Identify gaps in processes and fix them proactively
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience in a senior operations role at a startup or fast-growing company
Experience managing support teams and remote VAs
Hands-on with CRM tools, email automation, and building operational workflows
Highly proactive, able to learn a technical product quickly and execute independently
E-commerce or e-commerce-adjacent experience is a strong plus, especially servicing online stores or merchants
