Senior Vice President of Operations

About the Role
AS QUALIFIC is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to lead the company’s operational strategy and support continued business growth.
This executive role will work closely with senior leadership to improve operational performance, strengthen internal processes, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the organization is positioned to scale effectively.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on executive who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and is comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee company-wide operations.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategy.
Build scalable processes, systems, and operating standards.
Improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across key departments.
Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance goals.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
Develop and mentor senior managers and operational leaders.
Strengthen communication and accountability across teams.
Support business expansion, new initiatives, and organizational growth.
Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.
5+ years of senior leadership experience preferred.
Proven experience leading large teams or multiple business functions.
Strong background in process improvement and organizational scaling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working closely with executive leadership.
Experience in a high-growth or evolving organization is preferred.
