Vice President of Professional Services

Role Description The Vice President of Professional Services at MK GREEN is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality, and growth of professional services offerings. This role leads cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine service delivery models, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The Vice President collaborates with sales, product, and operations to define service strategies, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across engagements. Day-to-day activities include managing a portfolio of client projects, coaching service teams, monitoring performance metrics, and developing training programs that support consistent, high-quality delivery. This position also plays a key role in strategic planning, budget management, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Professional Services leadership, including building and scaling service organizations and defining service delivery frameworks.
Strong background in Business Process Improvement, with the ability to analyze workflows, optimize operations, and implement standardized best practices.
Extensive Consulting experience, including client-facing work, solution development, and advising stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Proven Project Management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Experience designing and delivering Training programs for internal teams and clients to support adoption, performance, and service consistency.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve service performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Prior experience in senior leadership or executive roles within services, consulting, or related fields; experience in remote team management is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
