The Conference Technology Specialist manages conference services and audiovisual technology across Studio Park and other sites, delivering reliable, high-quality meeting experiences through technical support, coordination, operation, and maintenance of AV and videoconferencing systems.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA facility daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Manage daily conference room schedules, booking software, and upcoming events to ensure space availability, equipment readiness, and timely department communication.
Maintain a consistent, brand-right appearance across conference and meeting rooms, including signage, furniture, posters, and tent cards.
Set up, operate, test, and maintain audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment; ensure presentations are loaded and functioning before each meeting.
Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, user training, and in-person support for meetings and large company-wide events.
Coordinate pre-event meetings with clients, Facilities, and internal and external event-planning teams to align on space, staffing, equipment, and service needs.
Evaluate emerging technologies, coordinate vendor services, perform light equipment maintenance and room housekeeping, and submit repair or renovation requests as needed.
What You'll Bring
Excellent knowledge of audio, video, videoconferencing, and webcast systems and equipment.
Ability to work effectively with vendors to determine technical specifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience working with audio, video, and teleconferencing systems and equipment.
Experience with presentation applications, such as PowerPoint and Keynote, preferred.
