Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for PCD Marketing Executives based in Panchkula. The role involves identifying and appointing PCD franchise partners and distributors, promoting the company’s product portfolio, and building strong business relationships in assigned territories. Daily tasks include visiting clients, explaining product benefits and pricing, managing orders and collections, and providing after-sales support. The position also requires tracking market trends, gathering competitor information, and sharing feedback with the internal team to support promotional strategies. PCD Marketing Executives will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and management to meet targets and ensure timely product delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, PCD / franchise operations, or related sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, formulations, and compliance standards.
Ability to plan territory visits, manage time effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
Comfort with maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and using phones, email, and basic office software.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions and meet partners and clients in person.
Preferred: prior experience in Panchkula or nearby markets and familiarity with local distributors.
Minimum educational qualification typically at graduate level; relevant pharmacy or science background is an advantage.
