Role
We are looking for a Design Lead to lead our residential interior design team, maintain design quality, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are design-ready for execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Interior Design team.
Allocate projects and monitor design timelines.
Review and approve layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and material selections.
Lead key client presentations and design discussions.
Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget, and execution feasibility.
Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Production, and Operations teams.
Resolve design-related issues and client escalations.
Maintain design quality standards and SOPs.
Train and develop designers to improve team performance.
Requirements
B.Arch or M.Des in Interior Design.
6–8 years of experience in residential interiors.
2–3 years of experience in a senior/leadership role.
Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, hardware, and finishes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D design tools.
Strong communication, client handling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with turnkey home interiors preferred.
