Role
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to independently handle residential interior projects from concept development to design finalisation, ensuring high-quality designs and smooth coordination with clients and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop residential interior concepts, layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
Lead client presentations and design discussions.
Prepare material, finish, hardware, and furniture selections.
Coordinate with Sales, Design Lead, Project Management, and Execution teams.
Ensure designs are practical, budget-aligned, and execution-ready.
Manage design revisions and obtain timely client approvals.
Conduct site/design coordination and resolve design-related issues.
Maintain design quality and project timelines.
Mentor and support Junior Interior Designers when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s in Interior Design (M.Des).
4–6 years of experience in residential interiors.
Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, hardware, and finishes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D design tools.
Strong design, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Good understanding of turnkey home interiors and execution.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
