2. About the Opportunity:
The Staff Product Manager will lead the development and management of products related to onboarding and compliance for senders and numbers, which serve as gateways to communication APIs. This role is responsible for creating seamless onboarding experiences that meet regulatory requirements while ensuring ease of access for customers. The position plays a key role in shaping product strategy, driving execution, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with business goals and compliance standards.
3. Responsibilities:
Gather and develop business requirements; translate them into user stories with engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, design, execute, and deliver product initiatives
Define, communicate, and secure buy-in for product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Work with go-to-market teams to launch products and support sales and marketing efforts for adoption and growth
Conduct data-driven reviews to assess product performance and market achievements
4. Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS
Proven success in leading product launches and shaping product strategies
Strong analytical skills using quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and gain executive support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Solid technical knowledge including UI/UX design, with ability to balance detail and big-picture goals
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and ability to manage ambiguous priorities and complex challenges
Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Desired:
Experience developing API-related products or developer experiences
Experience working within regulated environments
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $155,520 - $194,400
Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside the San Francisco Bay area): $164,640 - $205,800
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $183,960 - $228,700
This role may be eligible for equity participation and corporate bonus plans. Typical benefits include health care insurance, 401(k), paid sick time, personal time off, and parental leave.
Starting salary will be based on skills, experience, and geographic location within lawful parameters.
