About The Role
Visa is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Manager to help position the Visa brand as a measurable driver of consumer preference, trust, usage, and profitable growth across North America. The role involves identifying high-value growth opportunities for the Visa brand, building scalable operating models, and enabling clients and partners to activate these opportunities consistently across next-generation payment experiences. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of brand strategy, product and experience innovation, client engagement, and business transformation. They will collaborate closely with North America Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Technology, and Global Brand teams to embed Visa’s brand earlier and more effectively in experiences that matter to consumers, clients, and partners. A particular focus will be on strengthening Visa’s relevance and default position among next-generation consumers, while supporting priority audiences and use cases. The Manager will translate regional brand strategies into actionable programs, scalable operating models, and AI-enabled governance capabilities that enhance consumer experiences, accelerate adoption, reduce approval friction, and safeguard long-term brand equity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD, or no experience with a PhD.
Preferred 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, payments, consulting, business transformation, product operations, partnership management, or related fields.
Experience working across financial institutions, fintechs, digital wallets, merchant platforms, or commerce ecosystems.
Proven ability to translate brand or business strategies into scalable programs, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of digital consumer journeys and emerging payment experiences including wallets, embedded commerce, P2P, AI-enabled commerce, and agentic experiences.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders such as product, legal, technology, and marketing teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
Ability to influence without authority, establish shared decision-making frameworks, and lead initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
Experience developing client-facing programs, adoption strategies, playbooks, enablement initiatives, or growth frameworks.
Proficiency in applying AI, automation, knowledge management, analytics, or workflow design to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights, define success metrics, and connect activities to business outcomes.
Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-value brand and product experience opportunities across digital wallets, fintech platforms, AI-enabled commerce, and emerging payment journeys.
Partner cross-functionally to embed the Visa brand early in consumer experiences that drive preference, trust, and adoption.
Translate North America brand strategy into actionable initiatives that enhance Visa’s relevance in next-generation consumer experiences.
Establish scalable operating models, decision frameworks, and governance processes to ensure consistent brand implementation across North America.
Create shared feedback loops and collaborative workflows among Marketing, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Technology, and Global Brand teams.
Leverage AI, automation, and knowledge management tools to streamline decision-making, reduce friction, and improve brand governance speed and quality.
Develop compelling narratives, playbooks, and guidance to help clients, partners, and internal teams activate the Visa brand across evolving payment experiences.
Lead enablement efforts supporting new brand standards, product-brand initiatives, and strategic growth programs.
Build repeatable adoption models to accelerate implementation, enhance client experience, and ensure consistency across issuers, fintechs, merchants, and partners.
Monitor and measure the success of brand initiatives, ensuring they contribute to increased adoption, consumer preference, and business growth.
