Senior HR Manager

On behalf of our client, an international industrial group with a manufacturing site in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager.
The role
As Senior HR Manager, you will lead all HR activities for the site and play a key role in shaping its future. You will be a full member of the Plant Management Team and a trusted advisor to operational leadership. This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on involvement and offers genuine autonomy within a clear framework. It is a role where experience, judgment and presence truly matter.
Your impact
Define and execute the local HR strategy in close alignment with corporate and EMEA priorities.
Lead labor relations and social dialogue, maintaining constructive and professional relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
Manage workforce planning, restructurings and succession planning in a complex industrial setting.
Further develop leadership capability at all levels and help move the HR organization towards a strong business partnership model.
Support sound decision-making and organizational performance through accurate reporting and data-driven insights.
Who will thrive in this role
A seasoned HR leader with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, comfortable operating in complex, sometimes demanding contexts.
Strong expertise in Belgian social legislation and labor relations, able to combine firmness with credibility and respect.
Close to the business, understands shopfloor realities and is not afraid to take responsibility.
Thinks strategically, acts pragmatically and is analytically strong.
Fluency in English is required.
