About The Role
We're seeking a Data Scientist to develop machine learning models and advanced analytics. You'll work on player behavior prediction, churn analysis, and personalization algorithms.
Responsibilities
Build predictive models and ML algorithms
Analyze player behavior and patterns
Develop churn prediction and retention models
Create recommendation systems
Conduct statistical analysis and experiments
Deploy models to production
Collaborate with engineering teams
Present insights to stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of data science experience
Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Understanding of statistics and probability
Experience with SQL and big data tools
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
PhD or Master's in related field preferred
Gaming industry experience a plus
