In this independent contractor role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-backed psychotherapy to individuals recovering from trauma and PTSD via direct organizational referrals.

Compensation & Benefits
Session Compensation: $100 per completed 60-minute therapy session
Late Cancellation Security: Receive $50 flat coverage when clients cancel last minute or fail to show up
Full Malpractice Coverage: Professional liability coverage is entirely funded on your behalf

Candidate Expectations
Unencumbered state clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed treatments and structured, evidence-based practices
Strong chart documentation capabilities tailored for high-quality clinical recordkeeping
Comfort with digital health tech, remote video software, and electronic health record systems
Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
