Job Summary
Seasoned Recruitment is seeking fully licensed Spanish speaking Psychotherapists to join our clients growing mental health organization on a 1099 contractor basis. In this role, you will provide ethical, patient-centered clinical care to clients experiencing trauma or PTSD who are directly referred by partner law firms.
This model eliminates the need for marketing, advertising, or waiting on insurance credentialing. You maintain full autonomy over your schedule while leveraging advanced EMR technology and full administrative support.
Key Highlights & Responsibilities
100% Remote & Flexible Schedule: Complete control over your working hours across the entire week, with session availability extending up to 9:00 PM in the client's local timezone.
Guaranteed Client Base: All clients are provided for you -no self-marketing, paneling, or billing hassle.
Immediate Start: Direct-funded care model means no waiting for insurance credentialing prior to seeing clients.
Collaborative Clinical Model: Work alongside psychiatric advanced practitioners in a medically driven, necessity-based care environment (not volume-driven).
Trauma-Focused Care: Specialized clinical work supporting clients (ages 6 and up) dealing with trauma and PTSD.
Streamlined Documentation: Utilize our advanced EMR platform (Jane EMR) equipped with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools to minimize admin burden.
Long-Term Contract Partnership: Open-ended agreement structure with a standard 30-day transition notice requirement.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Session Pay: $100 per 60-minute session (CPT 90837)
Cancellation Protection: $50 compensation for client-initiated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Malpractice Insurance Covered: Medical malpractice insurance is fully provided by the organization.
Reliable Disbursement: Weekly direct deposit payments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or state equivalent).
Experience or strong background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities.
Strong clinical writing skills with an emphasis on thorough, defensible documentation.
Proficiency with digital health tools, telehealth platforms, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
