About the Programme:
SAKSHAM is conducting a 25-day skill-development programme for students, focused on interactive, activity-based learning across 10 future-ready skill domains, supported by 196+ structured learning modules.
About the Role
As a SAKSHAM Volunteer, you will work as part of a Volunteer Duo to help facilitate sessions, conduct activities, engage with students and contribute to smooth programme execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive, activity-based learning sessions for students
- Conduct activities and discussions based on the provided modules
- Encourage student participation and engagement
- Work collaboratively with your Volunteer Duo and Chapter Team
- Maintain responsible attendance and communication
- Support basic session documentation and reporting
- Contribute to creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for students and young volunteers who demonstrate:
- Reliability and consistency
- Good communication and teamwork
- Empathy and patience while working with students
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- A genuine interest in education and community impact
- The ability to commit actively throughout the 25-day programme
AGES from 16 to 30

This is an active volunteering role, not a passive certificate opportunity. Selected volunteers are expected to communicate responsibly, attend consistently and complete the responsibilities they undertake.
