Director of Project Management

Role Description The Director of Project Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing complex hospitality projects from initiation through completion. This position leads cross-functional project teams, defines project scopes and timelines, establishes governance frameworks, and ensures alignment with strategic business objectives. The role includes managing budgets and resources, monitoring risks and dependencies, and driving process improvements to enhance project delivery across the portfolio of hotels. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership and external partners, prepare regular project status reports, and ensure that milestones, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. This role also involves mentoring project managers, standardizing methodologies, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, with experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for large-scale projects.
Proven Team Leadership abilities, including coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in Process Improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project delivery frameworks.
Relevant experience in hospitality, real estate development, or asset management is highly beneficial.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field; professional certifications (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, geographically dispersed environment.
