Role Description The Logistics Coordinator role at FR8 India Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Logistics Coordinator will manage daily shipment scheduling, track deliveries, and coordinate with transport partners, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, updating records in logistics systems, preparing documentation for dispatches, and resolving delivery or routing issues promptly. The role also involves liaising with customers to provide shipment updates, addressing service inquiries, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
