Role Description The Vice President of Operational Excellence is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational frameworks across the organization. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and align operations with strategic business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating current workflows, defining metrics and KPIs, driving standardization and best practices, and overseeing performance improvement projects. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams, guide change management activities, mentor managers, and ensure that operational excellence principles are embedded in all aspects of the company’s work.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management, with the ability to apply structured process improvement methodologies.
Strong background in Operational Excellence and Operations Management, including experience with continuous improvement frameworks and performance optimization.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, focused on efficiency, risk mitigation, and end-to-end process visibility.
Proven leadership experience in a senior operational role, preferably within a distributed or remote environment.
Ability to use data and analytics to diagnose issues, set targets, and track progress against operational goals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
Experience with change management, including leading organizational transformation and driving adoption of new processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
