Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Co-Founder / CTO (Full-Stack Developer) to take complete ownership of the company's technology and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technology development
Design and build scalable frontend & backend systems
Develop and maintain APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
Architect the complete technology stack
Build secure, scalable and production-ready applications
Manage technical strategy and future technology roadmap
Lead and build the technology team
Handle deployment, security, performance and system reliability
Work closely with the founders on product and business strategy
Requirements
5–10 years of professional experience is mandatory
Strong full-stack development expertise
Proven experience building and scaling real-world products
Strong knowledge of frontend, backend, databases, APIs and system architecture
Strong startup mindset with ownership and execution ability
Must be based in Kolkata or willing to work on-site in Greater Kolkata
Compensation
This is a Co-Founder opportunity and NOT a salaried employment position.
No fixed salary will be paid.
The selected candidate will receive an equity/ opportunity, with financial compensation to be introduced as the business reaches sustainable revenue.
