Finance Reporting Manager

Role Description The Finance Reporting Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. The role involves overseeing the preparation, review, and timely submission of financial statements and management reports in line with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. The Finance Reporting Manager will manage consolidation of group entities, coordinate with business units and auditors, and ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, monitoring key metrics, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and implementing controls to strengthen financial governance. The role also supports process improvements in reporting systems and provides clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, with a solid understanding of core financial processes and principles.
Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Candidates should possess experience in Consolidation of financials across multiple entities or business units.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
Candidates should preferably hold a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Candidates should have experience with ERP and financial reporting tools, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with relevant accounting standards and compliance requirements.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and capability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in manufacturing, electronics, or diversified business groups is an advantage.
