Vice President Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance and implementing strategies that support organizational goals. This role leads cross-functional teams, optimizes processes, and ensures that operations align with financial targets, service standards, and compliance requirements. Typical responsibilities include managing operational budgets, supervising P&L performance, coordinating large-scale projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Vice President Operations collaborates closely with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, monitor key performance indicators, and support a culture of accountability and high-quality customer service. The role also involves mentoring managers, improving resource allocation, and supporting scalable systems and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial analysis to support operational decision making.
Customer Service focus, with a track record of improving service quality, response times, and client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational goals, defining metrics, and aligning initiatives with business strategy.
Project Management expertise in leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes on budget.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams, coaching senior managers, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
