Role Description The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at M/s Mala Enterprises is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align people practices with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and updating HR policies, managing employee relations issues, supporting compliance with labor and employment laws, and advising managers on HR best practices. The HRBP will handle performance review processes, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and support recruitment and onboarding as needed. The role also involves maintaining HR documentation, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design, implement, and communicate policy frameworks effectively.
Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a respectful workplace.
Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to support compliance and guide leaders on regulatory requirements.
Skills in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Jamshedpur and collaborate closely with operational and leadership teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with proficiency in standard HR systems and MS Office tools.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical HR practices.
