Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Ensure an efficient, timely, and seamless hiring process.
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
Familiarity with AI-driven HR and recruitment tools is preferred.
Experience in Talent Acquisition for Field Sales roles within the Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
