Kripashree Motors is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment and people operations for its JLR dealership in Patna. The role will support both showroom and service centre teams, with a focus on hiring, training, employee engagement, and performance.
Key responsibilities
Recruit and onboard staff across sales, service, technical, customer experience, and support functions.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for specialist automobile roles.
Coordinate training and development in line with dealership and brand requirements.
Manage performance reviews, attendance, payroll inputs, employee records, and HR policies.
Support department heads with workforce planning, employee relations, and retention.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of HR experience in an automobile dealership, including experience with a premium or luxury automobile brand.
Experience hiring for both showroom and workshop roles.
Sound knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
