Role Description The SolidCAM Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bawana. The trainer will conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on SolidCAM, including module demonstrations, workflow guidance, and practical machining examples. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, creating step-by-step tutorials, and customizing sessions according to the skill level and requirements of participants. The role involves supporting trainees with problem-solving during and after sessions, reviewing their projects, and providing feedback on best practices for toolpaths, machining strategies, and CNC integration. The trainer will also collaborate with internal teams to update training content, stay current with software enhancements, and help promote training programs to new and existing clients.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of SolidCAM software, including common modules and CNC programming workflows.
Experience with CAD/CAM tools and CNC machining processes, preferably in a manufacturing or toolroom environment.
Ability to design clear training materials, demonstrations, and practical exercises for varied skill levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Comfort working on-site in Bawana, with a commitment to punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in engineering or software applications is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
Willingness to continuously learn new features in SolidCAM and related technologies and apply them in training.
