Role Description The Managing Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Wadhwan, responsible for overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and organizational performance. This role involves setting long-term goals, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring alignment between production, sales, finance, and human resources. The Managing Director will lead senior managers, guide budgeting and resource allocation, and monitor key performance indicators to support sustainable growth and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and driving process improvements. The role also requires representing the company in key negotiations, fostering a strong workplace culture, and identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in senior leadership or executive management roles, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and build an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
Solid understanding of production processes, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental compliance in industrial operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of data-driven decision making.
Ability to work on-site in Wadhwan and commit to full-time leadership responsibilities.
