Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Engineer role based in Noida. The Information Technology Engineer will manage day-to-day IT operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely technical support to internal users, and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and up to date. The engineer will monitor network performance, implement security best practices, and maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures, and incident resolutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support IT requirements for projects, system upgrades, and new technology rollouts is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Technical Support skills for managing systems, applications, and user issues.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.
Candidates should possess Networking and Network Security skills to configure, monitor, and secure LAN/WAN environments and related infrastructure.
Relevant experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux), endpoint management, and basic server administration is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities, with a customer-focused approach to internal stakeholder support.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar credentials are an advantage.
