We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial technology leader to join our founding leadership team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and help drive the next phase of growth.
Role Overview
As the CTO, you will lead the company's technology vision, product development strategy, engineering operations, and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with the founders to build scalable products, strengthen technical capabilities, and create long-term business value.
This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about building and scaling technology businesses and are interested in participating in the company's growth through equity ownership and profit-sharing.
Required Experience
5+ years of software development experience.
Proven experience building and scaling Mobile and Web Applications.
Strong background in software architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects.
Startup, product development, or entrepreneurial experience is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
