AI Specialist

We are hiring AI Specialists for our client for a short-term AI evaluation project.
We are looking for experienced professionals to review AI-generated conversations and recommendations, assess the quality of the responses, and provide structured feedback based on their professional expertise.
Role Details
Position: AI Specialist
Type: Short-term Contract
Duration: 3 weeks
Start Date: October 1, 2026
Commitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
Compensation: $25-30 USD per completed task
Average Task Duration: Approximately 75 minutes
Acceptable Locations: Candidates must be based in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Israel, or Monaco.
Responsibilities
Review conversations between users and AI systems.
Evaluate whether the AI gathered sufficient information before making recommendations.
Identify missing or important context.
Suggest relevant follow-up questions where necessary.
Assess the quality, relevance, and completeness of AI responses.
Provide structured feedback according to project guidelines.
Document findings clearly and accurately.
Requirements
3–5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Background in psychology, social work, counseling, therapy, qualitative research, HCI/UX, communication, anthropology, sociology, coaching, mediation, student services, organizational consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and work independently.
Comfortable using online platforms and structured evaluation tools.
