Installation Coordinator

ABOUT THE COMPANY
EROAD is a global fleet management technology company, providing the GPS tracking, compliance and safety tools that keep fleet operators moving, and it's growing fast across New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines and the USA. We're hiring an Installation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end customer install process from order through to invoice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own the install journey for our customers from start to finish, keeping things moving in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Manage the end-to-end install process from order through to invoice
Coordinate schedules and resources to keep installs on track
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their install
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and keep the process moving
Report to the Service Delivery Manager as part of a customer-facing installation coordination team
WHAT YOU NEED
To succeed in this role you'll bring:
2-3 years' experience using a CRM system to manage schedules, track orders and coordinate customer communications
Confident written and oral communication, with good planning and problem-solving skills to match
Comfortable working with technical systems and processes as part of coordinating installs
Salesforce experience is a bonus, training is provided if you haven't used it before
Prior experience in a planning or coordination role is a plus, though we're open to the right background
