Role Description The HR Executive (AI LLM Hiring) will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for roles involving AI and large language models, including job requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes partnering with hiring managers to define role expectations, assess technical and behavioral competencies, and support decision-making through structured evaluation methods. The person in this role will maintain candidate pipelines, manage HR operations related to onboarding, and ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate HR documentation, supporting employee relations for new hires in AI/LLM teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools. The HR Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen employer branding for AI and technology talent.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, including understanding of hiring best practices and workforce planning.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accurate HR records.
Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to support onboarding, resolve issues, and promote a positive workplace environment.
Familiarity with recruitment for AI, data, or technology roles, including basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or LLM-related job profiles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and process adherence.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Comfort using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and digital sourcing tools; data-driven mindset for evaluating hiring metrics.
