Key Responsibilities
SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
Lead and support end-to-end FI processes:
General Ledger Accounting (New GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Electronic Bank Reconciliation
Tax Configuration (GST/TDS)
Financial Closing & Reporting
Intercompany Transactions
Credit Management
Provide L2/L3 support for finance business processes.
Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
