User Experience Designer

Role Description The User Experience Designer will design intuitive, user-centered experiences across Paoblem’s web and mobile touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with product, development, and community teams to translate insights into effective designs. The designer will iterate based on feedback, ensure design consistency, and contribute to the overall product strategy by championing user needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India.
Qualifications
Strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills, with a user-centered approach to solving complex problems.
Experience in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or surveys, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping, using modern design and prototyping tools to create clear, engaging interfaces.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and iterate based on feedback.
Relevant experience in product design or UX design, preferably in startup or digital product environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, from research and ideation through prototyping and final design.
